Dealer program terms

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern use of the Masport Dealer Hub by authorised Daye North America dealers and authorised service centers, and by the individuals a dealer principal authorises to act on the account.

2. Ordering and pricing

Prices shown to a signed-in dealer are that dealer's net price under their current DNA dealer agreement; prices shown to an authorised service center are manufacturer suggested retail. Prices, freight rates and availability are those in effect at the time an order is submitted and are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

3. Payment terms

Orders are placed on account against the credit line held in your DNA account. Standard terms are Net 30 from invoice date. The portal does not take card payment.

4. Freight

Ground parcel and LTL rates published in the cart are DNA's standard published rates and are not a live carrier quote. Whole goods ship uncrated to a commercial dock address.

5. Warranty

Warranty coverage, registration requirements and claim handling follow the published Masport limited warranty. Registration is required within 30 days of sale. Every claim is individually reviewed by DNA warranty administration; submission of a claim is not authorisation of the repair.

6. Account security

The dealer principal is responsible for the accounts they authorise on their dealership and for retiring accounts when staff leave.
