Become a Masport dealer
Daye North America is building the Masport dealer network across the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico — and this portal is how it runs.
What an authorised Masport dealer gets
- Dealer NET pricing on whole goods and genuine parts, with MSRP shown alongside it so you always know your margin.
- On-account terms. Net 30 from invoice date, 2% / 10 days, with your credit line, balance and open invoices visible in the portal. Seasonal credit uplift on pre-season stocking orders.
- Parts, fast. Illustrated parts lists with exploded views, fitment by model, live availability from Ladson SC, quick-order and CSV reordering.
- Warranty on one screen. Serial-number lookup, warranty registration, claim filing and claim status tracking — every claim reviewed by a person, no black box.
- Service support. Technical bulletins, safety campaign notices and the DNA technical line.
- A territory manager who knows your market, plus co-op and MDF programmes.
What DNA looks for
- An established outdoor power equipment business with a storefront or a served territory.
- A service department — Masport dealers are expected to service what they sell.
- Trade credit references and a Federal Tax ID for the resale certificate.
- Room in the territory. We protect our dealers; if your area is covered we will tell you.
How it works
- Submit the application below.
- Your territory manager reviews it, usually within two business days.
- DNA runs a trade credit reference check and sets your credit line and terms.
- Your portal account is activated and the onboarding sequence starts — welcome pack, how-to-order guide, first stocking order and your initial parts load.
